RETURNS AND REFUNDS

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
Try Pawder for 30 days from the day your order arrives. If it doesn't work for you, email brushiabeauty@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about what happened, and we will refund your order. You don't need to send back an opened product.

UNOPENED PRODUCTS
Unopened products can also be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be processed. If you return an item because you changed your mind, return shipping is at your cost.

REFUNDS
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, email brushiabeauty@gmail.com.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, leaking or incorrect, email us within 7 days with photos and we will make it right at no cost to you.

NON-RETURNABLE
Gift cards cannot be returned.

EUROPEAN UNION AND UNITED KINGDOM
You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason and without justification. This right applies in addition to the guarantee above.

AUSTRALIA
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for goods that are faulty or not as described.
